We are a group of IES Canido students who are participating in the Erasmus + Upcycling lives, a European project, which is based on giving a new life to objects that we no longer use. In this blog we want to show you our day to day, our projects, trips ..., and all the activities related to this experience. We are delighted to be able to share this experience with all of you.

About us

We are a group of 4th ESO students.
This 2021/2022 academic year, thanks to our English teacher, we have had the opportunity to participate for the first time in an Erasmus+, an experience that many of us wanted to live.
Why did we decide to sign up for an Erasmus +?
Each one of us has signed up for this project for different reasons, but we could say that the idea of being able to live an international experience has given us the final push. Things like having the opportunity to get to know new cultures, showing what ours is like or learning languages, are opportunities that most of us do not want to miss.
But we have not only taken this into account. The Erasmus+ we are in (Upcycling) is based on giving a new life to objects that we no longer use that much, transforming them into different things, useful in other fields of our lives. This is a way of not having that need to be constantly throwing out and buying items, and for us it is quite important to give visibility to actions like this. What do we mean by this? It's just that this gesture has prompted many of us to sign up for this project.
